This is a remote position based in the Pacific time zone. About the Role As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining essential vendor relationships and acting as a vital business analyst for non-IT projects. This position operates at a crucial intersection, supporting organizational functions that are above administrative yet below management level, offering a unique vantage point into core business operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining project management processes, including defining goals, tracking deadlines, monitoring metrics, and managing budgets, ensuring smooth execution and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a crucial liaison between internal legal and sourcing managers, guiding the legal team through contract workflows within our contract management platform and fostering alignment across diverse teams.
- Provide essential support for ad hoc tasks on behalf of the internal legal team, facilitating communication with sourcing and engineering groups during contract review and execution, leveraging your working knowledge of our contract management platform's functionality and limitations.
- Operate under the internal legal team's direction to streamline the contract intake-to-approval process, utilizing your familiarity with our contract management platform to ensure timely progression and strict compliance with established procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with contract formatting.
- A strong background in compliance and risk analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, strong customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, Word
- Detail oriented, meticulous and responsive.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous experience with enterprise applications.
- A background in risk management or audits.
