About the Role: In this impactful position, you will be responsible for expertly managing foreclosure matters, utilizing your comprehensive legal knowledge to guide and expedite the process on behalf of clients. Your contributions will be vital in navigating legal complexities, ensuring compliance, and delivering timely, effective outcomes. This is an opportunity to directly influence client satisfaction and the operational efficiency of a dedicated legal team.

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage all aspects of foreclosure matters, including complex contested foreclosures. Actively participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely updates, maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to broader firm initiatives.


Must-have Qualifications:



  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
  • Active membership in the good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with all clients via various channels (client systems, email, phone).
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner. Conscientious work ethic regarding completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, capable of working at a fast pace and multitasking efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience in law, specifically foreclosure law.


Nice-to-have Qualifications:



  • Prior experience with contested foreclosures and mediations.
