We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join a dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency and efficiency across essential legal divisions. Your work will directly support critical operations, providing vital legal representation and review that upholds regulatory standards and drives successful outcomes. What You'll Do:



  • Review legal documentation with meticulous accuracy, ensuring compliance and precision in all actions.
  • Conduct thorough property title reviews, identifying and addressing potential issues that could affect legal processes.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, advocating effectively and confidently. Collaborate seamlessly with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure the smooth and efficient progression of cases.
  • Uphold and maintain strict adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards. Provide insightful legal advice and dedicated support to both clients and internal teams, fostering strong partnerships and informed decision-making.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant state, in good standing.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for court hearings as required.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • 0-3+ years of relevant experience in property law, real estate, or civil litigation (newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply).
  • Prior experience in property recovery or mortgage servicing law.
  • Familiarity with property title review and curative processes.
  • Courtroom experience and confidence in oral advocacy.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
