As a Facilities Construction Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, enhancement and administration of the regional facility programs with a primarily focus on our Massachusetts' sites. Reporting to the Global Director of Facilities, this position will actively manage all Facility site modifications, utility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements to assure proper implementation/alignment of policies, procedures and programs that promote well managed and well-maintained properties. You Will Make an Impact By: * Develop, manage, and lead Facility projects collaborating with stakeholders to understand local and corporate strategies. *Proven ability to oversee site modifications, utility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements in compliance with regulatory and operational standards. *Excellent communication skills working on a cross-functional team Physical Demands & Working Conditions: * Travel Requirements: Up to 20 % of Travel is required. #LI-AS1 Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
