We're looking for a growth-minded, solutions-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team - someone who leads with empathy, drives with purpose, and thrives on solving challenges with innovative, relevant solutions.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic and practical trusted advisor to leaders and colleagues across the organization. You'll partner closely with our EVP, Human Resources, to align people processes, technology, and strategies to enable us to achieve our business goals. You'll ensure compliance with heart, and help our leaders and teams grow and thrive.

This role requires someone who can build trust and credibility quickly, has exceptional attention to detail, and a natural drive to "figure it out" - even when the path isn't clear. You'll leverage technology, streamline processes, and bring innovative thinking to everything you do. You are naturally curious and will ask 'why' a lot - challenging us to find the most effective, efficient ways our HR team can support the continued business growth.

You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and jumping in where needed, wearing many 'hats' to build what is needed to enable the business to move forward.

Experience and Skills

What You'll Do



  • Serve as a trusted, proactive advisor to our amazing colleagues, building lasting relationships based on credibility, trust, and respect.
  • Partner with leadership to create solutions that enhance employee experience, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Leverage HR data and technology to deliver insights, streamline processes, and drive smart people decisions and scalable solutions for growth. One of your first initiatives is to successfully implement Paylocity for a holistic pre-hire to retire HRMS solution for G&A.
  • Coach and guide managers on performance management, engagement, and employee best practices.
  • Serve as a thought partner to drive best practices for G&A's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, consistency, and market competitiveness.
  • Navigate sensitive employee issues with professionalism, empathy, discretion, and balanced judgment.
  • Lead and support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve - processes, tools, communication, and employee outcomes.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, &/or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong business acumen and strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, professionalism and influencing skills.
  • Process-driven with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Innovative and tech-savvy - skilled at using HR systems and data to drive results.
  • Growth-minded with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills, is resourceful and solutions-oriented - someone who "figures it out."
  • Servant leadership mentality and belief that HR exists to provide solutions to talent needs of the business, ensuring an exceptional candidate and colleague experience.
