- Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs.
- Lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services.
- Direct and evaluate the departments workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.
- Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTE's.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN), Required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred
Work Experience
- Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
- Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
- Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
