Your Job Molex is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual contributor to lead our Configure to Order (CTO) Engineering Program within the Optical Connectivity business unit. This role is critical to enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our CTO process, with a focus on reducing part number release cycle times and managing the rollout of new catalog schemes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, process optimization expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement across CTO operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence core engineering workflows and contribute directly to business growth and customer satisfaction. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
