How You'll Contribute:


The Electronic Security Sr. Program Manager / Program Manager is responsible and accountable for assigned Electronic Security projects being conducted within the framework of the larger program. The Program Manager will provide strategic and tactical guidance to the Electronic Security project team that will promote the company's culture, drive Project Management Essentials and consistency, and drive revenue growth. Monitoring and controlling Electronic Security projects throughout the project lifecycle as well as leading Electronic Security program and project managers to complete the projects per Scope, Cost and Schedule is a major component of this role. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also develop efficient strategies and tactics to uphold client goals and objectives. The Sr. Program Manager / Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all resources required for each initiative, to ensure satisfactory performance.



What You'll Do:



  • Serve as the primary leader for the Workplace Electronic Security program, managing both program-level strategy and project-level execution.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives and project outcomes, ensuring consistent delivery across all regions and specialties.
  • Drives regional and specialty team integration to uphold uniform delivery standards for key program requirements.
  • Expected to provide management with timely notifications of potentially critical situations that put the project or program at risk.
  • Oversees all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with budget targets, profitability goals, and organizational standards.
  • Builds and maintains effective communication channels with stakeholders to support project success and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and decision-making skills to troubleshoot complex problems, whether planned or emergent, across all phases of the project.
  • Partners with cross-functional project teams to design, refine, and implement standardized practices within the program playbook, ensuring consistent delivery and execution of Project Team Essentials.
  • Plays a key role in designing and refining standardized operating procedures to address recurring challenges within program execution, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across initiatives.
  • Delivers comprehensive program-level reporting to internal leadership and external clients through dynamic dashboards, detailed reports, and executive presentations, ensuring transparency, informed decision-making, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Supports the rollout of new PM tools and practices to improve project execution and team performance.
  • Oversees project manager assignments and workload distribution to ensure optimal coverage across all initiatives, balancing capacity with project demands to maximize team efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%

The Program Manager is responsible for orchestrating continuity across system designs, aligning globally distributed project teams, maintaining high standards of performance quality, and managing diverse stakeholder needs. Success in this role requires balancing technical consistency with adaptive leadership to deliver cohesive outcomes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all program initiatives.
  • The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables takes a very high level of awareness, emotional intelligence, and people management skills. An ideal candidate would feel comfortable negotiating contracts and deliverables with both clients, internal stakeholders and subcontractors and partners within Diversified.

Takes full ownership of the program. High level of decision-making authority to ensure overall performance, quality of service and client satisfaction is met.


What You'll Bring:


Education & Certifications:



  • PMP or PgMP Preferred



Required Skills/Qualifications:



  • Highly Experienced in managing and optimizing project financial performance.
  • High proficiency in schedule management.
  • 3-5 years prior program management experience for Program Managers.
  • 5-7 years prior experience leading large, complex programs for Sr. Program Managers.
  • Leadership experience managing relationships with Construction Management Companies, General Contractors, Consultants, vendor, and Architects is required.
  • Experience working in Data Centers, Construction, Healthcare specific to physical security solutions.
  • 5 - 10+ years in large scale low voltage design and integration. Familiar with cameras, card readers, and other Data Center electronic security components Strong understanding of a construction project lifecycle, with applicable planning and risk mitigation skills
  • Possess advanced and sophisticated written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create briefing documentation and run stakeholder meetings, practicing the highest level of customer service.
  • Proven record of direct people management, coaching, mentorship.
  • Experience leading team hiring, performance reviews, and progressive discipline.
  • Proficient with computers and current business software applications within MS Office, especially MS Project & Excel.
