Directs operational and clinical integration of services to achieve exceptional outcomes. Develops short- and long-term goals and plans ensuring alignment with broader organization priorities. Collaborates with stakeholders and utilizes data/metrics to deliver performance and business transformation. This role reports directly to the organization's SVP metro Market President. Direct reports to this role include Vice President of Patient Care Services and Vice President of Medical Affairs. Mercy Hospital with 471-beds is our premier tertiary/specialty hospital serving the northern twin cities metropolitan communities and provides inpatient and outpatient services to more than 270,000 patients each year. Pay Range Pay Range: $325,832 to $465,462 per year The starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education.
