Purpose of Position:

The mission of the Business Operations organization is to provide support services for the National Sales team via billing, project, and vendor management. Develop workflow continuity with our boundary partners to establish efficiencies by improving communication to minimize duplication. This Remote position offers the opportunity to contribute in multiple areas.

Responsibilities include:



  • Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.
  • Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.
  • Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.


Essential Qualifications:



  • Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly, including the operational understanding of telecommunications ordering/provisioning, billing/accounting processes, and general project management principles.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be excellent with details and follow-up.
  • High competency in both verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different types of people and approaches, outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasks.
  • Flexibility, ability to multitask and prioritize requests from several different sources without sacrificing quality of work, and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to leverage technology associated with the job (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau).
  • Strong data analytics experience on large-scale complicated datasets, including expertise in handling sales data such as pipeline, revenue, and churn.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design.

The base hourly salary range for this position is $22-$25, opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington, Oregon, and California and may not be applicable to other locations.
