This Position reports to: Finance Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business. The work model for the role is: {onsite} This role is contributing to the {PLWA} in {Shanghai China}. Main stakeholders are {ELSB}. You will be mainly accountable for: Strategy planning and implementation. Business planning and forecasting; Business performance; Financial reporting. Supply chain management; Risk management. Qualifications for the role Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Financial Management or related. 10+ years of relevant working Experience on Accounting, financial analysis, or controlling areas. Require a broad knowledge of diverse financial functions in manufacturing and general business. Excellent understanding ABB financial, business process and structure is preferred. Consulting firm experience is a plus. Good command of Chinese and English. Skilled at office software, ERP system; SAP experience is a plus. High potential on managerial direction, strong will of development and fast learner. Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation.
