The Patient Navigator Manager is responsible for the successful launch of initiatives of our client. The primary focus of the Patient Navigator Manager is to ensure that the activities of the Patient Navigators (PNs) contribute to the achievement of the objectives. The Patient Navigator Manager will lead meetings with their respective team. They serve as the tactical manager of the PN team through daily coaching, training, and mentoring while setting performance expectations for day-to-day activity.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the Patient Navigators to achieve/exceed specific business goals.
  • Develop plans that effectively help Patient Navigators translate and support the product and disease state education and training to HCPs and patients.
  • Attract, coach, and retain individuals who will ensure high level performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits with PN Team.
  • Collaboration with MannKind partners to compliantly advance positive program outcomes.
  • Provide communication and motivation to all members of the district toward delivering the expectations of the customer. Reinforce the value that we are customer driven.
  • Achieve all contract performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment through PNs.
  • Conduct ongoing discussions and documentation. Prepare annual performance appraisal.
  • Provide performance feedback to all direct reports and manage performance issues as required.
  • Remain fully versed in compliance regulations including legal and regulatory and ensure team is equally trained.
  • Interface with other functional leaders and teams to achieve business goals.
  • Manage district expenses within budget constraints.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced or Nursing degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in field leadership in clinical education, sales or market access.
  • Experience in Diabetes therapeutic area preferred.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 75%.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000k to $190,000k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
