Description The Medical Science Liaison is a field-based scientific professional who serves as part of the Medical Affairs organization and in close collaboration with Clinical Development. The MSL is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and researchers to exchange scientific information and support the client's current and future products and research initiatives. This role supports the development and execution of medical strategies, ensures compliant communication of clinical data, and provides scientific insights specific to miscarriage management as well as future pipeline product(s). MSLs provide medical information and education through balanced scientific exchange and provide clinical and scientific support for the client and the Medical Affairs department at the direction of Medical Affairs leadership. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000-$187,500 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
