The Role The Benefits Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the design, implementation, and communication of benefits and well-being programs that help employees thrive. Reporting to the Senior Director of Benefits, this internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real projects, collaborate across HR functions, and gain visibility with senior leadership. You'll learn how benefits strategy supports employee engagement and organizational success-an excellent foundation for a future career in HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Operations. Location Hybrid -Fairfield, CT What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties) *not inclusive of all role responsibilities. May be subject to change Benefits Administration Support - 40%
Projects and Process Improvement - 35%
