As a key member of the Center of Expertise (CoE) team at Nokia, you will help to drive Mobile Networks (MN) growth by leveraging a combination of technical expertise & data-driven insights, while pioneering advancements in emerging technologies like C-RAN, AI-RAN, and satellite communications. Your mission will focus on identifying strategic opportunities to boost product and services sales while ensuring Nokia product deliver a superior end-user experience. By pursuing strategic growth opportunities, superior product performance & by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in positioning Nokia as the leader in wireless mobility networks and shaping the future of wireless connectivity in the Americas region.



  • Drive product and service sales by analyzing network data and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive performance assessments and competitive analyses to identify opportunities of network performance improvements.
  • Lead initiatives on new technologies like C-RAN, AI-RAN & Satellite communications , collaborating with R&D and lab teams for successful deployment.
  • Communicate insights effectively with internal executives, stakeholders, and customers to advance business opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and facilitate the introduction of emerging technologies into Nokia's portfolio.
  • Work cross-functionally with various business lines to align efforts and enhance Nokia's product & services offerings.


You have:

  • Deep knowledge of Nokia 4G/5G features, algorithms, KPIs/Counters, and optimization best practices.
  • Understanding of 3GPP R15/R16/R17/R18 system requirements and Nokia's implementation.
  • Understanding of C-RAN/O-RAN architecture and protocols.
  • Experience in services solution creation
  • Experience with crowdsourcing data for end user experience analysis and optimization
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams toward achieving business goals

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in enabling, testing, and optimizing technologies like VoNR/VoLTE, Carrier Aggregation, and Massive MIMO
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot 4G/5G radio interface protocols and call flows
  • Programming skills in R, Python, or SQL
  • Experience with analytics and statistical models
