Human Resources Job Description
Senior HR Partner As a member of the Senior HR Partner team, you will provide expert consultation and leadership in areas including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational development, and policy implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned colleges, schools, and divisions (CSDs) including 500-700 employees, while also contributing to university-wide initiatives and committees. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
