COLOR / TINTER TEAM LEAD 1st Shift (7:30am - 4pm) The Color / Tinter Team Lead is responsible for guiding the color/tinting team to ensure timely and accurate color matching of production and lab batches of coating products. This role involves hands-on tinting work to meet customer color specifications, while maintaining strict adherence to established health, safety, and environmental protocols. The Team Lead collaborates closely with production, quality, and technical departments to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidates will have an acceptable score on the color matching and math tests. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk and/or hear, stand, and/or walk, use hands to finger, handle or touch objects or controls, and move from place to place. The employee is regularly required to sit, balance, stoop, and occasionally reach above shoulders. The employee occasionally must use foot/feet to operate machinery, climb, or balance and reach above the shoulders. The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 65 lbs. Personal Protection Equipment is required during various processes in the production area. Safety shoes, glasses, and flame-retardant uniforms are required in the production area.
