Pricing Supervisor - Palm/Specialty

A Day In The Life:
The Pricing Supervisor will provide leadership to the Palm-Specialty contract management team to complete the tasks expected for a successful quoting and pricing group. The focus will be on creating an understanding and awareness around process, structure, and reporting for the contract management team. The pricing supervisor will be a key player in the development and execution of best practices, facilitating all aspects of the price discovery. The function will create and provide critical pricing insights, developing tools, monitor compliance and identify opportunities. The pricing supervisor will collaborate with cross functional leadership team to optimize business performance and profitability. The role will report to the Pricing Manager, Palm/Specialty partnering to drive process improvement opportunities, including quoting, and contracting tools.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop a pricing strategy and assist in the execution, track results on pricing-based initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales leads on defining channel and customer segmentation pricing strategy.
* Identify, prioritize, and execute pricing opportunities and initiatives, together with key stakeholders.
* Lead palm/specialty pricing initiatives with the objective of maximizing value chain performance across the business.
* Update written documentation for quoting, contracting, and other topics, processes and procedures.
* Provide world class customer service to Top 25 customers providing alignment on committed volumes and volumes, as well as YOY bookings by volume and CM for trend analysis.
* Analyze SalesForce metrics for the contract management team including types of requests, individuals, among others.
* Identify ways to capture market intel for use in future pricing activities such as quoting and contracting.
* Participate in system enhancement activities including actively serving on focus/test groups for new processes and applications.
* Manage other assignments and activities as directed by Pricing Manager.
* Lead efforts to aligning pricing practices with Canada on pricing for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with FRM function.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required with 3 - 5 years of customer-facing position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.
* Strong Communication Skills - written and verbal.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, Influencing and relationship-building skills.
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Business Financials & Value Proposition Development
* Negotiation Skills and strong business acumen.
* Ability to prioritize work in dynamic environment.
* Self-motivated, strong ability to multitask and monitor performance.
* Team player, ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
* Experience in SAP, Salesforce and Tableau are a plus.
* Experience in Agribusiness or related industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The compensation range for this position is $80,880 - $90,990. In addition to regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
