Workplace Experience Ambassador - JLL What this job involves: As a Workplace Experience Ambassador at JLL, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitors, focusing on positively impacting the care and comfort of everyone who enters the workplace. This role combines reception and concierge services with a client-centric approach to ensure employees and visitors feel welcome, assisted, and comfortable. You will execute services consistent with Service Level Agreements while maintaining JLL's professional brand image and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Through our partnership with Schneider Electric, you will utilize Digital Visitor Management technology to deliver exceptional workplace experiences. What your day-to-day will look like: * You will serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and visitors, handling inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback * You will execute concierge services in compliance with SLA requirements, standard processes, and professional brand standards * You will conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure SLA compliance and performance metrics * You will create and distribute security badges through the client's proprietary web-based system and monitor badge access systems * You will manage visitor registration through the client's web-based system tool and collaborate with on-site facilities teams * You will provide onboarding support, order office supplies, and maintain inventory stock management * You will promote the site using social media platforms like Teams and Engage, showcasing events, activities, and successes Required Qualifications: * You must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook Calendar Management, Excel, and PowerPoint * You must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills for client-facing interactions * You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail * You must possess strong organizational skills and professional demeanor * You must have experience with digital systems and web-based management tools * You must demonstrate collaborative skills to work with facilities teams and other Hub sites * You must be adaptable and committed to continuous improvement of service performance Preferred Qualifications: * You should have experience using Canva for creative content development * You should have knowledge of visitor management systems and security protocols * You should have experience in reception, concierge, or customer service roles * You should have familiarity with social media platforms for workplace engagement * You should have understanding of workplace experience and facilities management concepts Location: Onsite - Foxborough, MA Estimated compensation for this position: 52,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
