Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Must have LPN or RN degree) Location: Remote - Must reside in the U.S. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM EST Training: M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST for 4-6 weeks Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months) Start Date: November 3, 2025 Pay: * RN: $29/HR * LPN: $24/HR Overview: We're hiring Clinical Quality Assurance Analysts to support a healthcare coordination team. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates with nursing backgrounds who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities: * Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance * Ensure services provided match client expectations and policy criteria * Communicate findings via phone and email * Edit and verify reports for grammar and clarity * Manage time-sensitive cases with efficiency Requirements: * Active RN or LPN license * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Clinical experience (bedside or general nursing preferred) * Previous remote work experience is a plus * Must have a reliable home office setup (desktop/laptop, high-speed internet, and willingness to use a second monitor) Additional Info: * Must pass background, drug, and medical screenings * Candidates must be focused during work hours-no multitasking with personal responsibilities * Exclusive opportunity (no sub-vendor talent allowed) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
