*Description*
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a major upgrade of its Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, transitioning from version 2.7 to 25.4. This mission-critical initiative supports two large local utility providers and includes a full application upgrade, hardware and infrastructure refresh, redevelopment of integrations, rewriting and validation of over 100 reports, and deployment across seven operational environments. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing Oracle CC&B projects, a strong understanding of utility systems and integrations, and a history working in public sector environments.
