About the Role Are you a dynamic HR leader ready to shape the future of talent? Join our team as an HR Business Partner - Manager, where you'll collaborate directly with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, and a culture of engagement and performance. You'll be the go-to advisor for your client group, delivering impactful solutions across performance management, leadership development, change management, workforce planning, and talent strategy. What You'll Do Shape Talent Strategy: Design and execute leadership and workforce plans aligned with business goals. Drive Performance & Engagement: Partner with leaders to build a high-performing, motivated, and inclusive culture. Lead Change: Champion organizational design and change initiatives that elevate team effectiveness. Collaborate Globally: Work with HRBPs and COEs across regions to ensure seamless execution of people strategies. Deliver Insights: Use data and analytics to inform decisions and track progress on key HR initiatives. Own the Employee Experience: Support the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding-with excellence. Manage Projects: Lead HR initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in fast-paced, global environments Proven success in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement Workday experience preferred Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis) Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic change Key Competencies Strategic thinker with hands-on execution Collaborative partner and change agent Data-driven decision maker Skilled communicator across all levels Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
