This position is specific to the state of Arizona-only applicants who reside in Arizona will be considered.

The Job/What You'll Do:

The H2O Data and Analysis Manager is responsible for key reporting on quality and analysis of the H2O program. This position will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to provide reports, analysis, and findings related to data quality and performance indicators. Internally, they work with staff to put together analysis and implement improvements with the provider support and member support team. Externally, they will be responsible for report submissions and providing insight into meetings related to data quality and performance indicators.

Responsibilities:



  • Monitors H2O data quality and outcomes; ensures compliance with contractual scope of work.
  • Responsible for report submission and analysis of key H2O reports.
  • Develops and leads presentations related to the analysis done on data quality and outcomes. Materials will be sent and presented to external stakeholders, including the funder of H2O, AHCCCS.
  • Builds strong partnerships with H2O leadership, the Business Intelligence team, data analysts, and Provider and Member Services teams.
  • Assists in the development, review, and update of H2O procedures and policies that involve reporting or are based on the analysis from the reporting; responsible for developing reporting procedures.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan for sharing data quality and analysis.
  • Develop additional reports and respond to data requests as needed.
  • Responsible for informing and leading in appropriate areas related to the Desktop Technical Assistance related to program monitoring.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:



  • 5+ years of experience in the field, Required
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 3 years' Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or Homelessness leadership experience required. Minimum 2 years' experience with data analysis and engaging with high-level positions with internal and external stakeholders.

While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
