Global Security Operations Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Marlborough, MA

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM ET

Pay: $34 per hour

About the Role

This position plays a vital role in keeping our global network informed and secure-ideal for someone with strong analytical, communication, and crisis management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors on security-related matters.
• Monitor surveillance, access control, and alarm systems, coordinating appropriate responses to security alerts.
• Manage 24/7 emergency phone lines and assist with life-safety incidents, dispatching security, police, fire, or EMS as needed.
• Review and analyze intelligence from internal and external sources to identify and report global threats.
• Draft and distribute emergency notifications and crisis communications.
• Support on-site security officers during incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot GSOC platforms, applications, and monitoring systems.
• Document and escalate incidents accurately and efficiently.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3+ years in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress or emergency situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Preferred:

• Experience in a Global Security Operations Center or control room environment.
• Familiarity with GSOC software (Critical Event Management Systems, Mass Notification Tools, Travel Tracker, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control, and incident management systems.
