As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a prominent food and beverage location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to support a secure atmosphere, and offering outstanding customer service to everyone on site. This position requires both armed and driving responsibilities, making each day dynamic and engaging. Pay Rate: $24.85 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

Armed Guard License or Armed Security or Military or Law Enforce experience required

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while interacting professionally with staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings within the location, particularly those areas related to food and beverage operations, and promptly report any observed irregularities or hazards.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as necessary, following established procedures.
• Operate and maintain assigned security equipment, including firearms, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
