As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver CRE in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding assistance to tenants and visitors. This is a driving position, so you will be responsible for monitoring various areas throughout the property and responding promptly to any security-related needs. What You'll Do:

    Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at commercial real estate locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any unusual activity.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to company and site-specific procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal and/or client personnel during emergency situations, following established protocols and instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Experience providing customer service is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
