Job Title: Commercial Cleaner Shift : After Hours Wage : $20-22 Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented After-Hours Commercial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and professional business environments during non-business hours. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming office spaces, restrooms, showers and common areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, lunchroom, break rooms, and kitchen areas, exercise room Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed. Disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, desks, and shared equipment. Replenish supplies such as paper towels, restroom products, and soap. Lock up facilities and ensure security procedures are followed after cleaning. Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any safety or maintenance issues. Properly maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies. Set up Coffee Machine, Christmas Tree, Conference room for meetings Prepare conference room for special events Qualifications: Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy; must adhere to set schedules. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods. Availability to work late evenings and overnight hours (3rd shift). Work Environment: This role takes place in offices, conference room s , and facilities after hours when employees are not present. A high level of responsibility and trust is required .
