We're seeking a Diagnostic Cardiology Manager to lead and inspire our team across Echocardiography, Stress Testing, EKG, and Vascular Lab services. This is your opportunity to shape the future of cardiovascular diagnostics at an institution known for heart and purpose.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for Echocardiography, Stress, EKG, and Vascular Labs - ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality results.
• Lead, coach, and empower a skilled team of cardiac and vascular technologists.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership from Emory and Morehouse Schools of Medicine to drive clinical excellence and innovation.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, quality standards, and patient-focused initiatives.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and equipment to support optimal lab performance.
• Champion compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement across all testing areas.
• Serve as the key liaison between staff, physicians, and hospital leadership to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in health science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a cardiac or vascular environment, or 5+ years as a Cardiac Sonographer or Cardiovascular Technologist.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Preferred:
  • Active registration with CCI or ARDMS.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience managing a Vascular Lab or multi-modality cardiac diagnostics team.
