Security Officer - Access Control

As a Security Officer - Access Control in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at the client location, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license in the job state is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
