As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned cultural institution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and enhance the overall experience for guests and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and respond promptly to incidents as they arise. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the location's protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the venue and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report unusual conditions or activities during patrols, maintaining a visible presence in and around the location.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from site management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Communicate with venue staff and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related incidents and daily activities.
• Work in varying conditions depending on events, exhibitions, or other functions taking place at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least five years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid guard card or security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service-related experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
