As a Security Professional - Unarmed CRE Patrol Driver in Newport Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will contribute to a welcoming environment by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication with visitors and tenants. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in maintaining order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the office environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the commercial real estate location.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist with access control procedures by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific protocols.
• Work collaboratively with property management staff and other personnel to address security-related needs and concerns within the office environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
