Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Government Compliance Manager to oversee compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory assurance activities in support of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full adherence to FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other applicable federal and corporate standards. You will provide leadership in managing internal audits, developing compliance policies, and supporting continuous process improvement to ensure that all business practices meet FAA and federal oversight expectations. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
