Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile engineering professional with a background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Product Engineering to join our team. This role offers a dynamic blend of hands-on manufacturing experience, tool development, cost analysis, and global collaboration. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute across multiple engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities:



  • Time Studies & Floor Data Collection:



Collaborate with manufacturing managers to conduct time studies using the Monarch System. Verify and analyze data directly on the production floor.



  • Tool Development & Data Extraction:



Support the front-end engineering team by developing tools for quoting and referencing past products. Extract information from engineering prints and CAD files to populate searchable summary tables.



  • Cost Updates:



Update and maintain cost data within the engineering application. Perform manual lookups and integrate current cost structures into the system.



  • CAD Modeling & Drawings:



Utilize SolidWorks to create and revise simple CAD drawings as needed.



  • Cross-Functional Exposure:



Rotate across teams and projects to gain broad experience and avoid stagnation.
Preferred Qualifications:





    • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Product Engineering


    • Experience or coursework in time studies, CAD modeling (SolidWorks), and cost estimation


    • Strong analytical and organizational skills


    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams


    • Interest in global manufacturing and engineering processes
