What to Expect
The Manufacturing Support Spares Supervisor coordinates all activities in multiple warehouses that support the greater maintenance/ engineering Manufacturing Support teams within the Fremont facilities. They will provide effective leadership and coaching to assigned shifts/employees to order, receive, store, issue, and maintain the required spares inventory. They will monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and adhere to the plant's safety program. They will work with employees to resolve technical and personnel concerns.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate closely with the Spares planning and scheduling functions to facilitate PM's, RMA's and ensure adequate parts are requested and available
  • Works in parallel with the maintenance teams & Spares Planning to identify critical parts to be maintained, in warehouses, and ensure they are properly stocked and replenished to reduce downtime during unplanned events
  • Plan the layout and design of the warehouses, considering factors such as stock turnover, size, and weight
  • Communicate with other levels of management and make recommendations regarding obsolescent, slow-moving and excess stock
  • Look for opportunities to optimize the Spares footprint in the facility
  • Performs semi-annual Performance
  • Acceleration review for assigned shift associates

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years experience in fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of inventory/process supervisory or similar leadership experience preferred
  • Expert Knowledge of parts inventory control methods
  • Spares inventory, ordering, stocking, maintaining, RMA and Spares (Flux) System experience
  • Able to Manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals
  • Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office a must
  • Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

    Expected Compensation
    $80,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
