Revenue Operations Manager - Customer Success

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Join us as Revenue Operations Manager - Customer Success and help drive operational excellence across our Revenue organization, with a focus on our Account Management (AM) and Customer Success (CS) organizations. What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead and optimize the tools, processes, and insights that empower our
Account Management (AM) and Customer Success (CS) teams to deliver exceptional customer
outcomes. You will:

  • Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AM and CS operations, systems, and reporting.
  • Optimize Salesforce for the CS team, ensuring workflows, data integrity, and reporting align with business needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to streamline the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Implement and manage customer success software and tooling (e.g., Planhat, ChurnZero, Vitally) to enhance team efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to measure team performance, customer health, and retention trends
  • Build scalable processes to support a growing CS team across multiple business units.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and segmentation strategies for Customer Success
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, retention, and expansion


What You Bring

You'll succeed in this role if you have:



  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Strong Salesforce and related tech stack administration and reporting skills; ability to design and manage custom workflows and objects
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and scale operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Nice to Have





  • SaaS background (strongly preferred).



  • Experience presenting findings to VP-level stakeholders.



  • Familiarity with sales cadence and chat automation tools.



  • Ability to lead training and adoption initiatives for sales teams.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
