We are hiring a: Manager, Credit & Collections


In this role, you will shape enterprise-wide credit and collections strategy while driving operational excellence and compliance across global markets. You'll lead integration efforts, deliver financial insights, and champion innovation through system implementations. Beyond technical expertise, you'll foster collaboration and develop talent to ensure a high-performing, future-ready finance function.


What You'll Do:



  • Lead Credit & Collections Strategy: Set enterprise-wide creditworthiness policies, manage collections, and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and improve financial processes, ensure compliance with global regulations, and maintain effective internal controls.
  • Provide Financial Insights: Develop cash forecasts, trend analysis, and support collaborative planning and performance measurement.
  • Champion Integration & Innovation: Facilitate integration of credit and collections for acquisitions and support global implementation of Oracle.
  • Develop Talent & Expertise: Coach and mentor the collection team, increase financial acumen across the enterprise, and educate on credit laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with global finance teams, promote cross-functional communication, and support organizational initiatives for best practices and lean objectives


What youll need to succeed?



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive responsibility in finance, accounting, or financial services
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing talent
  • Strong background in project management and change management is highly desirable
