| Job Description: -Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. -Ensures that performance and products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
 -Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
 -Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
 -Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, supplier and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
 -Monitors overall health and performance of production processes
 -Lead and perform audits based on ISO 9001:2015 protocols
 -Addresses key problem areas in the manufacturing process
 -Works with production and various Engineering disciplines to develop and implement process improvements
 -Maintains and communicates comprehensive records of anomalies and errors; to include any mitigating actions taken (Root Cause / Corrective Action)
 -Develop and implement quality standards and control systems
 -Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
 -Facilitate and mentor teams in production, skilled trades, and engineering groups
 -Facilitate, track, and report on team improvement events
 -Focus on continuous improvement, 6S, and lean strategies to reduce cycle times and cost
 -Report findings and status of the Quality system to upper management
 Position Requirements:
 -Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred; Associates Degree in Engineering or other related field of study in conjunction with significant product/process experience may be considered in lieu
 -0-3 years relevant experience
 -Must be at least 18 years of age and a US citizen.
 -Must be able to obtain unescorted access to the facility through the vetting process as administered by the Department of Army Police.
 -Must be able to obtain / maintain DOD Secret security clearance.
 -Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills (written, verbal, computer) required.
 -Proficient knowledge of ISO standards
 -Ability to coordinate, organize and assign work
 -Must be able to work independently or with minimum oversight to address responsibilities.
 -Must have good time management skills.
 -Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively in a teaming environment with unionized workforce to support customer and manufacturing requirements.
 -Experience in statistical analysis of data trending desired.
 Working Conditions & Environment: -Using ladders and stairs to climb into/onto vehicle structures.-Climbing, walking, bending, kneeling, standing and stooping.
 -Lifting up to 50 lbs.
 -This position requires working both in office and manufacturing floor environments.
 -Working in and around dust, fumes, oils, mists, adhesives and in areas with a high noise volume.
 -Working in hot and cold environments.
