Pay Range:$18 - 19.00/hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Position hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30AM - 4PM. No weekends.

• Greets and directs visitors by providing top customer service to the client.
• Provides accurate information and promptly answers emails via dedicated team alias.
• Coordinates with team members to direct couriers and packages upon onsite arrival.
• Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
• Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Office Word, and G Suite.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

- 2-3 years of customer service experience
