Position Title: Manager of Sales Enablement - Small Business Banking

Business Unit: Small Business Banking

Reports to: Executive Director of Small Business Banking

Position Overview:

The Manager of Sales Enablement leads the strategic development, execution, and enablement of sales and service initiatives across Retail Small Business Banking. This role ensures alignment with corporate goals, drives performance through training and coaching, and enhances customer and employee experiences. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to deliver consistent messaging, optimize tools and systems, and support revenue growth and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Retail and Small Business teams, including onboarding and ongoing development. Create engaging materials such as playbooks, guides, and role-play exercises to support sales excellence. Facilitate sessions focused on product knowledge and effective cash flow conversations.

Oversee client onboarding initiatives that ensure a smooth transition into the bank's ecosystem. Develop starter kits, referral processes, and DRIP campaigns to support client engagement. Partner across departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless experience for both clients and employees.

Optimize the use of CRM and sales automation platforms including Argo-Connects, Common App, and Creation CRM. Drive adoption and ensure tools are effectively integrated into daily workflows to enhance team productivity and sales execution.

Coordinate internal sales campaigns and initiatives that reflect the bank's core values and strategic goals. Manage communication channels such as bulletins, webinars, and homepage updates to ensure timely and consistent messaging across teams.

Deliver real-time coaching and feedback to sales staff to improve performance and engagement. Lead recognition and incentive programs that motivate teams. Conduct mock pitches and deal reviews to refine sales techniques and increase conversion and retention rates.

Support the development of policies and procedures that uphold risk and compliance standards. Act as a risk manager by identifying, reporting, and mitigating operational risks. Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
