The Senior Renewal Support Specialist is responsible for managing and closing renewal opportunities through a combination of transactional operations and consultative sales support. This role works closely with CDW sales teams and partner representatives to ensure timely renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and support strong customer relationships. The specialist also contributes to process improvements and supports training and development initiatives, and embraces AI tools to enhance renewal workflows. This role requires adaptability to change, customer-facing experience, and a proactive approach to sales support.

What you'll do
  • Manage transactional operations for renewals, including quoting, lead list management, and pipeline tracking
  • Respond to inquiries from sales and customers regarding expiring renewals
  • Consult proactively with customers and sales to close renewal opportunities and identify upselling opportunity
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Product Specialists and partners
  • Build and maintain business relationships with sales teams and assigned partners and cross-functional renewal stakeholders
  • Attend partner-specific training, vendor floor days, and external conferences (with manager approval)
  • Develop innovative approaches to reach renewable opportunities
  • Maintain responsiveness to sales and customer needs through customer-facing interactions and consultative support
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance renewal processes, systems, and AI adoption
  • Provide oral presentations and contribute to partner events as needed
What we expect of you
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in a Renewal Support, Sales Support or related customer-facing role OR
  • 7 years of experience in a Renewal Support, Sales Support or related customer-facing role without a degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or quoting tools
  • Proven success in working enterprise opportunities and supporting sales teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present to both large and small groups
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work under pressure and frequent interruptions
  • Ability to contribute to and execute on territory plans
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, take initiative, and solve problems creatively
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
  • Experience in technology sales support (preferred)
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change and openness to learning new tools and processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn and apply AI in daily work

Pay range: $ 37.98 - $52.98 hourly, depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
