What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related concerns as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the security-related needs of the location.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client site requirements.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all individuals present at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
