CLA is currently seeking a strategic, innovative Senior Learning Performance Strategist to partner with business leaders, People Solutions (HR), and learning teams to design innovative, scalable programs that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role focuses on power and business skill areas such as client service, communications, teamwork and collaboration, project management, digital agility, and business development skills essential for driving business performance and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. This role will be a hybrid role and can be based out of any CLA office in the US. What you will need: *Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development or performance consulting with a focus on business skills, B2B sales strategies, project management, and professional development. *Experience in adult learning principles, assessment and evaluation design, change management, and project management.
Travel Requirements Occasional travel may be required (<10% travel). Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $65,100 - $117,000. The compensation range for this position in New York is: $85,300 - $130,000. The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $70,900 - $117,000. The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $76,700 - $126,000.
