Position Summary: As the Finance Manager Co-Pilot, you will be the key financial co-pilot for the International Premium Waters (IPW) Foodservice field sales team, driving financial oversight, analytics, and trade management processes. The position requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly creation, analysis, and presentation of IPW-specific Profit and Loss statements, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for business decisions.
- Provide comprehensive monthly overviews of the end-to-end Route-to-Market to Operator Profitability, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Oversee detailed event-level planning, including promotional spend review, forecasting, and ad-hoc customer analysis, with a focus on maintaining sound financial controls around trade budget spending.
- Allocate resources to accounts strategically, maintaining control of NPS, trade spend, and NNS, and ensuring compliance with Nestle Next terms and policies.
- Collaborate with the Osprey trade management system and analytics teams to optimize trade management processes and reporting.
- Partner with sales, trade finance, and leadership teams to align on fiscal strategy and drive business performance.
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable financial reports and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Support deduction management, unauthorized/collection management, and ensure timely resolution of trade-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in trade management, forecasting, and customer service quality indicators.
- Utilize advanced Excel and SAP (or other ERP systems) skills to manage data, generate reports, and visualize insights for decision-making.
- Foster a culture of critical thinking, curiosity, and business acumen within the team and across the organization.
- Act as a self-starter, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements in revenue growth management and customer profitability analysis.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, with 3-5 years in revenue growth management or finance management in the consumer goods industry preferred.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP (or other ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and drive results in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-performance work both independently and within a team.
