Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Administration:
    • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management, new hire processing, and offboarding.
    • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely data input into the system.
    • Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
    • Ensure employee data is accurately entered and maintained in the HRIS system.
  • HRIS Management:
    • Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, and assist with HR system upgrades or improvements.
    • Provide HR system training to employees as needed and ensure proper usage of the system.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
    • Prepare and maintain various HR documents, including employment contracts, personnel files, and reports.
    • Support HR audits by ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Employee Inquiries & Support:
    • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate information regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Assist employees with any payroll, benefits, or HR system questions.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and data analytics, such as headcount, turnover, and benefits utilization reports.
    • Generate HR metrics and KPIs to help assess the effectiveness of HR programs and processes.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to implement process changes or upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, such as FMLA, FLSA, and EEO.
  • Experience in a large, dynamic organization or global environment.
