Candidates who can contribute to that goal are encouraged to identify their strengths or experiences in this area. *** Student Account Representative~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please note that this position will remain open until filled. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Summary: Northampton Community College is seeking a part-time StudentAccountRepresentativeto work in the Bursar Office. This is a customer service position that will deal primarily with handlingstudentaccounts which includes: reviewingaccountbalances to answerstudentquestions, answering questions related to payment plans and refunds, applying payments to tuition charges, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of the day. In addition to processing student payments, this position will post other types of payments such as parking tickets, club deposits, and other miscellaneous deposits. Other duties include processing mail, answering phones, filing, and replying to emails with student, staff, faculty, and outside organizations. Requirements: This is a customer-facing position, requiring experience in customer service, and the following skills: computer proficiency, being detail-oriented, and having the ability to multitask.
