Based in our Wynnewood, PA office, you'll play a central role in shaping some of the Greater Philadelphia region's most vibrant shopping destinations. This isn't just property management-it's stewardship. In this role, you'll help refine operational best practices, implement thoughtful improvements, and elevate the overall experience at each property. You'll partner closely with regional asset management and strategic leaders to drive long-term performance and portfolio success, while serving as the primary point of contact for tenants to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and a consistently positive experience. Each day, you'll work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that values integrity, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. We're looking for an experienced retail property management professional who understands the unique dynamics of shopping center operations and enjoys the versatility of a small-company feel-where wearing multiple hats and contributing across functions is part of the role. You're proactive and forward-thinking, anticipating issues before they arise and taking initiative to keep operations running smoothly. Above all, you lead with integrity, take pride in your work, and maintain a people-first approach with tenants, vendors, and colleagues. ResponsibilitiesOperations & Vendor Management:Oversee daytoday property operations, including repairs, landscaping, security, and janitorial services. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all physical assets meet company standards and address maintenance needs promptly. Tenant & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for merchants regarding lease compliance, maintenance, parking, and operational needs. Partner with internal leasing, marketing, and construction teams, as well as local community leaders, to support property initiatives and events. Financial Administration: Develop annual operating budgets and monitor expenses for accuracy and costeffectiveness. Prepare monthly variance reports and quarterly reforecasts. Procurement & Capital Projects: Define job specifications and manage competitive bidding for service contracts and capital improvement projects. Oversee controllable expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. Qualifications
