As a Security Guard - Financial Institution Patrol in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with visitors and staff, provide exceptional customer service, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related issues or incidents according to site protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while representing Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
