As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and logging visitors as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Follow security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter theft, disturbances, and/or other unwanted behavior.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents or unusual situations.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
