2. Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets including treating stains and extraction of carpets and furniture. Stripping and waxing floors.
- Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Clean and Sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, etc. using established practices and procedures
- General cleaning and maintenance including cleaning glass, spot cleaning, etc.
- Perform emergency and project-related cleaning
5. Snow Plowing - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- May physically shovel and de-ice walkways and entrances
6. Work Order Completion - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- Grounds upkeep - litter removal from grounds, empty trash and ash urns as needed
- Computer and operating systems knowledge along with understanding operating instructions for cleaning equipment.
This position reports to: Facility Operations Manager
Starting annual/hourly salary range based on education and experience: $19.98 - $24.54
Hours to be 10 p.m.-2 a.m. Monday through Friday with additional hours as needed for emergency cleaning. Hours may be flexible based on building occupancy and class schedules.
