PSE's EES (Energy Efficiency Services) Rebates team is looking for an HVAC focused Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for HVAC trade allies in supporting an existing Space Heat program. This program manager will work independently, scheduling and instructing all quality install training, on-site quality control verifications, and contractor sales meeting visits. This is a hybrid position meaning these duties would be completed in-person and/or virtually. This role will provide classroom and field training for QA specialists who are responsible for on-site inspections at customer homes throughout PSE's service territory and ensure performance savings metrics are being met. The most successful candidate will have prior HVAC experience as this is a brand new position for the team. The HVAC Program Manager will help to improve the standard of installations across the network and create a feedback loop between field performance data and program design, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with both customer needs and grid objectives. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
